Castle Howard, North Yorkshire, England, 2003
The largest house in Yorkshire and has been the home of the Howard family, since the 17th century. Built in
1699 it is a working estate of some 10,000 acres. Designed by Sir John Vanbrugh, whose first project this
was, his second was Blenheim Palace. Castle Howard is one of England's grandest homes.
